These four pipelines deliver crude oil from North American sources, including Canada and North Dakota, to Minnesota refineries in St. Paul Park and Rosemount. The MPL system was first established in the 1950s and is the primary system that supplies crude oil to Twin Cities refineries.
It is operated and maintained by Flint Hills Resources.
